Introduction

Banjarecasa (operated by Banjarecasa Decor Private Limited), an Indian-registered company with its registered office at 704, 7th Floor, Palm Court, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Sector 16, Gurugram, Haryana, 122007, India (referred to as “Banjarecasa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operates an e-commerce platform offering curated home furnishings and décor products sold by third-party sellers (the “Products”) through our website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

References to “you”, “your”, “Customer” or “User” mean any individual accessing, browsing, or purchasing Products via our Platform.

This policy outlines the terms governing returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations applicable to purchases made on our Platform.

Policy Applicability

By placing an order or initiating a purchase on Banjarecasa, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy and any product-specific return conditions stated on the relevant product page. If you do not agree with the terms, we recommend that you refrain from transacting on our Platform.

Please note: These terms may be updated from time to time. We recommend reviewing the Policy periodically to stay informed of the applicable terms.

Return Guidelines

Returns are managed by Banjarecasa in accordance with the return policy outlined for each Product. Not all Products are eligible for return, and return conditions may vary by category or seller.

  • Product-specific return/replacement policies override this general Policy. Please refer to the return terms mentioned on each Product page.
  • To initiate a return, please send an email to us at Support@banjarecasa.com with your order details and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed. Returns are only accepted in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please note that an unboxing video is generally expected to help us verify the condition of the product and ensure a fair resolution.
  • Customers are required to share the images of the Product received while submitting a return request.
  • All returned items will undergo a basic inspection at the time of pickup. Pick-up personnel reserve the right to decline a return if the Product does not meet return criteria.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Processing of return requests may take up to 10 business days from the date of initiation.
  • Note: Although our products are carefully selected with our customers in mind, personal preferences may differ. In such instances, we regret that returns cannot be accommodated.

Return Pickup Instructions

  • All original accessories, promotional items, and combos must be returned along with the Product.
  • Items must be in a resaleable condition—unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The MRP tag must be undetached, and Product barcodes should match the tags provided (If applicable).
  • Returns with damaged packaging, tampered tags/seals, or missing components will be rejected.
  • Pickup will be attempted within 4 business days from the date of return request.
  • Secure packaging is essential to avoid damage during return transit.

Cancelling a Return Request

Return requests can be cancelled by contacting our customer support team at Support@Banjarecasa.com. If the logistics partner arrives for pickup and you wish to cancel, you may inform them at the time of visit.

Exchange Policy

Currently, Banjarecasa does not support direct exchanges. Customers are advised to initiate a return as per the policy and place a fresh order for the desired replacement item.

Refund Process

a. Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI):

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase. Banks may take up to 7 business days after refund initiation to credit the amount.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are only initiated after receipt and inspection of the returned Product.
  • No refunds will be processed if the customer self-ships the return and it is lost in transit.
  • Shipping charges if applicable are non-refundable.
